Preparations
Follow our 2017 Philippines marist-to-marist immersion BLOG.
On January 4th seven people are traveling from Sydney to Davao on a Marist-to-Marist Immersion.
They include four lay Marists, two ex-students of Marist Sisters College Woolwich and one young adult from St Patrick's in Church Hill in Sydney.
The aim of the immersion is to get a sense of what it is like be a Marist in the Philippines.
The group will visit an orphanage, a preschool for refugees, a prison and a mothers group. The group will make connections with Marist laity, Marist Fathers, Marist Sisters and Marist Brothers. The following pages are a blog of their journey.
